Hello 2010!

My laptop and I are back in the land of the living! It's been a while. So I'll post some pictures of some of the things that have happened here since the last time I blogged which was early November but seems like a really long time ago. Hard to believe January is already halfway gone....

Anna getting some instruction from Aunt Martha on the guitar. This was at Thanksgiving. Anna got her own pink guitar for Christmas and hopes to learn how to play.

our traditional rearview mirror picture on our way to my Grandma's house for Thanksgiving lunch.

my kids with my momma's momma...she is one amazing lady!

My Grandma and me

Anna at school. Her class was reciting Thanksgiving poems.

Like father, like son...my niece Mireesa is busy in the background

my sis-in-law Janet (r) and Julia, their sweet exchange student from Spain.

Three stooges...Josh, Jake and my brother Tim at my dad's house for Christmas

Our nephew Casey home for Christmas. He returned from Iraq in November. Now we pray for safety for his brother Derek arriving in Afghanistan any day.

Anna and the snowman she made at school for us

Caleb and Anna ready to brave the cold

Julia and my nephew Shane trying out our "sled", (aka a car hood!). It doesn't snow where Julia lives in Spain.

all of us out in the cold on Christmas day

Jake, after he attempted to slide down the hill, with his body....there were rocks! ouch!

Anna gets it done!

I even did it, it was FUN!

John's project in the shop....1946 Chevy Pickup hot rod...soon to be done and sold, we hope!

a hungry cardinal

I think he's ready for spring too!

So now that the holidays are over, we are busy with basketball and dance classes! There's always something keeping us busy and blessed! I'll try to keep up with my blogging too now that my laptop has new life. :)

What fun!! Glad your laptop is fixed and you're back to blogging and sharing pictures of your beautiful kiddos. Looks like you all had a great Christmas. Hope to see you at the Dillon Guat weekend! We're planning to go as long as something doesn't come up to change our plans.
